Please note that the property is located on the Kudle beach, There is no direct motor able road to the Beach and Resort.
Guests can reach the resort from SHREE UMA MAHESHWARA TEMPLE parking place.
The resort is accessible by steps leading down to the beach(600 m).
Second option is Private Parking place for Car at Shivaprasad Guest house with 100/- per day which is 100 m distance from resort.
This place is not recommended for senior citizens, and physically challenged guest.
Carrying minimum luggage is advisable as it may be easier for you to walk downhill 600 m.

The WiFi access is provided only in the pre designated area. Being a remote location the internet lines are not reliable and without connectivity at times. We are not responsible for any such outage.
We have limited units provided upon the guest placing a request on a "first request first served" basis.

29 - 15 days before the date of check-in: 25% of booking amount + ₹500
14 - 7 days before the date of check-in 50% of booking amount + ₹500
6 days or less before the date of check-in: No refund
